In June 2011 I recreated a journey first made by Oswald Arthur Denly (known as Denny) in 1947, using the same Argson tricycle he had used and which was built in 1932.  Along the way there were many obstacles and challenges and I also got to meet Ade Adepitan, Nicolas Hamilton and Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson.

On Saturday August 13th 2011 I did a 5 kilometre fun run at Roundhay Park in Leeds and raised £119 for the Yorkshire Cancer Centre Appeal.  I completed the course in 1 hour and 20 minutes and although I finished last I was quite pleased that I had finished at all.

A selection of press cuttings.
